The Evelyn Vapes Payments Policy (“Policy”) outlines how payments are processed, accepted, and handled by Evelyn Vapes (“EV,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through our website and e-commerce platform. This Policy ensures transparency and compliance across all customer transactions.


1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following secure payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
  • PayPal
  • Gift cards issued by Evelyn Vapes

All payments are processed in USD ($) unless otherwise stated during checkout.

2. Payment Security

All transactions are encrypted and processed through secure third-party gateways compliant with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards).

We do not store full credit card information on our servers. Any data retained for future purchases (if opted in) is securely stored by our payment providers.

3. Payment Authorization & Fraud Checks

To maintain platform security and prevent underage or fraudulent purchases:

  • If flagged, we may hold the order and contact you for verification (e.g., government-issued ID or payment method proof)
  • Orders from high-risk countries or mismatched billing/shipping info may be declined

4. Payment Declines or Failures

In case of a failed transaction:

5. Pre-Orders, Limited Stock & Payment Holds

For limited-edition or pre-release JUUL pods and devices:

  • Full payment is charged at the time of order
  • Stock is reserved on a first-paid, first-served basis
  • Orders will only be shipped once the product becomes available

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you believe your card was charged in error:

  • Contact us first for a resolution — most issues are resolved within 24–48 hours
  • Unresolved disputes may lead to a temporary or permanent account suspension

Please note that fraudulent chargebacks on delivered orders may result in legal or collection action.

7. Taxes & Duties

Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout, based on your shipping address. International customers may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are not covered by Evelyn Vapes.
