Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) outlines how Evelyn Vapes (“EV,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles the processing, dispatch, and delivery of orders placed on evelynvapes.com. By purchasing from our website, you agree to the shipping terms below.


1. Processing Times

All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major UK holidays.

  • Standard processing time: 1–2 business days
  • Orders placed after noon EST may be processed the following business day
  • High-volume periods (restocks, holidays, sales) may extend processing by 24–48 hours

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number.

2. Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We currently ship orders via trusted carriers, including Royal Mail, USPS and FedEx, depending on your location and the service you select.

Important Notes:

  • All Standard Shipping orders are shipped through the EMS Network. All orders are picked up by Royal Mail International Tracked (from our warehouse) and then handed to USPS (in USA), or the main local carrier in the respected country.
  • USPS and other local providers can deliver Saturday but it is random based on the area.
  • All Priority Shipping orders shipped via FedEx International Priority have a fixed cost of £40 (~54 USD).
  • All Standard Shipping orders for the UK have a fixed cost of £5.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location, delivery option, and the total weight of your order. We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be displayed on our website.

4. Age Verification Requirement

To comply with U.S. law, an adult signature with ID verification may be required upon delivery of age-restricted products (e.g., JUUL pods, nicotine products).

If age verification fails at checkout (via AgeChecker.net), the order may be canceled in accordance with our Age Verification Policy.

5. Tracking & Order Status

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via Email.

  • Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update
  • For split shipments, tracking will be provided for each package
  • If you haven’t received tracking within 3 business days, contact [email protected]

6. International Shipping & Customs

We currently ship to select international destinations.

You are responsible for knowing and complying with the laws of your country regarding vape products.

  • Orders denied or seized by customs are not eligible for refunds
  • Delays caused by customs are outside our control
  • Duties or taxes imposed by your country are your responsibility

Please check your country’s laws before placing your order.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

Once an order leaves our facility:

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages
  • If marked “Delivered” but not received, please check with your neighbors or local carrier office
  • If your package is delayed, we recommend waiting 48 hours after the expected delivery date before contacting us

You may also contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

8. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Missed delivery attempts or refusal
  • Inability to verify age at delivery

We will issue a refund minus shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee.

9. Changes & Cancellations

Once an order is placed, we begin processing immediately.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us at [email protected] as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once the order is processed.
