The Evelyn Vapes Wholesale Purchase Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms, conditions, and requirements for businesses and individuals purchasing vaping products in bulk directly from Evelyn Vapes (“EV,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Policy ensures a smooth, compliant, and mutually beneficial wholesale experience.

1. Eligibility

To qualify for wholesale purchases, you must:

  • Be at least 21 years of age
  • Provide valid business credentials, such as a reseller license or business tax ID
  • Agree to our Terms of Service and Responsible Retailing practices
  • Operate in a jurisdiction where vape sales are legal

Evelyn Vapes reserves the right to approve or deny wholesale applications at our discretion.

2. Application Process

To apply:

  1. Please fill out the Wholesale Application Form on our website
  2. Upload required business documentation (e.g., resale certificate, EIN, ID proof)
  3. Await approval (typically 2–4 business days)
  4. Upon approval, you will receive a unique login to our Wholesale Portal

3. Minimum Order Requirements

All wholesale orders are subject to Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs), which may vary based on product type:

  • Pods & JUUL Flavors: MOQ = 10 units per flavor
  • Devices & Kits: MOQ = 5 units per SKU
  • Accessories & Nic Pouches: MOQ = 20 units per category

Orders not meeting the minimum order quantity (MOQ) may be adjusted or declined.

4. Pricing & Discounts

Wholesale pricing is tiered and volume-based.

Approved wholesale customers will gain access to:

  • Exclusive discounts of up to 40% off retail
  • Early access to high-demand or restocked items
  • Bulk bundle promotions

All pricing is subject to change based on market conditions, availability, and brand policy.

5. Payment Terms

  • All wholesale orders must be prepaid in full via credit card, bank transfer, or verified crypto wallet (if applicable).
  • No Net 15/30 terms are offered unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Invoices are auto-generated and sent via Email for your records.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Wholesale orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days
  • We ship via insured, trackable carriers, including USPS, UPS, DHL, or freight (for large orders)
  • Shipping costs vary based on order size and delivery location
  • International wholesale customers are responsible for customs clearance and compliance

7. Resale & Brand Representation

Wholesale buyers must agree to the following:

  • Do not list EV-branded products on Amazon, eBay, or other unauthorized third-party platforms
  • Refrain from misrepresenting product information or inflating nicotine claims
  • Maintain ethical marketing standards, especially around youth access and FDA regulations

Failure to comply may result in account suspension or legal action being taken.

8. Returns & Defective Items

We do not accept returns on wholesale orders except for the following:

  • Damaged in transit (with proof within 48 hours of delivery)
  • Defective units verified and reported within 7 days

In such cases, we may issue a replacement, credit, or partial refund at our discretion.

9. Termination of Wholesale Account

Evelyn Vapes reserves the right to suspend or terminate any wholesale account due to the following:

  • Policy violations
  • Suspicious order patterns
  • Non-payment or chargebacks
  • Resale to prohibited markets or unauthorized listings
