This Refund & Returns Policy (“Policy”) explains how Evelyn Vapes (“EV,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles requests for returns, exchanges, and refunds for purchases made on evelynvapes.com. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the consumable and hygienic nature of our products — particularly e-liquids, nicotine pods, and personal devices — all sales are final unless covered by a warranty claim or a fulfillment error on our part.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Opened or used products
- Products returned due to flavor dislike or nicotine strength preference
- Unauthorized returns
- Orders held, delayed, or denied due to failed age verification or shipping carrier restrictions
2. Defective or Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will be happy to review your case for an exchange, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.
To qualify:
- The product must be unused (unless the defect was discovered during first-time use)
- You must provide clear photo or video evidence
- The original packaging must be retained

3. Wrong or Missing Items
We strive for accuracy in every shipment, but if an item is missing or incorrect:

- Include your order number and a photo of what was received
- We will ship the correct item or issue store credit as applicable
4. Refunds (if approved)
If a refund is approved:
- It will be issued via the original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
- You will receive an email confirmation once issued
Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where an error on our part has occurred.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. However:
- You may file a claim directly with the shipping carrier
- In some cases, we may assist with store credit at our discretion
To avoid issues, please use a secure delivery address and opt for signature-required delivery if available.
6. Returns Due to Failed Age Verification
Orders that fail age verification (via AgeChecker.net) will be canceled and refunded minus a minor processing fee to cover transaction costs and restocking. We cannot ship to customers under 18 years of age under any circumstances.
7. Unauthorized Returns
Any return shipped back to us without prior approval will not be eligible for a refund or reshipment. Unauthorized returns will be discarded after 14 days.
8. International Orders
For orders shipped outside the United States:
- Customs restrictions may vary and are outside our control
- We are not responsible for packages denied entry, seized, or delayed by international customs authorities
- Refunds are not available for international packages refused or returned due to local restrictions
